BERNICE ADAMS

Bernice Adams, MSW, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with many years’ experience working with individuals, families, couples, and groups. She has been with WFCM for 19 years. She has worked with adults, adolescents, and children. Her treatment focuses have included depression, anxiety, stress, LGBT issues, family problems, grief, HIV-AIDS, and marital issues. She has facilitated bereavement and HIV-AIDS support groups and is currently working with the Breast Cancer Support group at WFCM. Her previous positions include: Director of Social Service at Lee Hospital, Employee Assistance Program Counselor for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and Behavioral Health Specialist at Windber Medical Center. She is an active member of the Westmont Presbyterian Church, where she serves as an elder.

FRANK COLOSIMO

Frank E. Colosimo, M.Ed., LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor and E.M.D.R. (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist. In his 40 plus years of mental health experience, he has worked in hospital, university and corporate settings as a psychological consultant. Since the middle of 1990, he has specialized in Eye Movement and energy therapies along with auditory and tactile techniques for the treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder from traumatic experiences and head injuries. He uses E.M.D.R., guided imagery, and neural nutrition for the remediation of anxiety, depression and addictive behavior. In addition to practicing at WFCM, he maintains a private practice in Pittsburgh.

BRAD CROYLE

Brad Croyle, MA, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 14 years of experience treating individuals, couples, and families. Brad is a Certified E.M.D.R. (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist credentialed through EMDRIA. Brad is also an Approved Consultant with E.M.D.R. PATRICIA HYDOCK

Patrica Hydock, MSW, LCSW, BCD, CSWM is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Board Certified Diplomate in Social Work, and a Certified Social Work Manager working as a therapist for WFCM. With more than 25 years of experience in the Mental Health field, she has worked in all aspects of the field from therapist to program clinical director to Administrator of the Cambria County MH/MR program. She is currently a therapist working with a broad spectrum of clients, couples, families, and diagnoses. She has had extensive training in addressing trauma, sexual abuse, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, couples issues, anger, stress management, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. She has taught Master of Social Work courses at the University of Pittsburgh. Her main theoretical focus is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Chris Shadid, MSW, LSW, is a Licensed Social Worker with experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, and has worked with a variety of populations and demographics. JANET SHADID

Janet A. Shadid MSW, LSW is a Licensed Social Worker and has been working with clients in a variety of community and agency settings for over 16 years. MICHELE THOMAS

Michele Thomas, MA, CADC, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has been counseling in various settings in the Johnstown area and focusing on issues including chemical dependency, depression, anxiety and eating disorders for almost 20 years. Since beginning her career as a counselor, Michele has had extensive training in chemical dependency. She works with individuals and families, providing support to help understand the behavioral, emotional and cognitive effects of addiction. She provides therapy focusing on addiction, anger management, impulse control, coping skills, behavior accountability and codependency. Michele values the importance of overall health and family involvement to assist clients towards meeting their personal treatment goals.
